These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MathU website and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.

2. Accounts & Access

Certain areas of the Service (including MathU Society, MathU Corporate and AdvLearn portals) may require registration or single sign-on authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the Service, except where otherwise noted, are the property of MathU or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy notice and our PAIA Manual, which describe how personal information is collected, used and protected in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA).

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MathU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Design Attribution

The visual design and interactive 3D experience of this website were inspired by, and build upon the work of, Dala (dala.craftedbygc.com). We gratefully acknowledge the original creators of that design.
